Although technician was very friendly, he went into the basement with no tools, no tests, no paper work. He said the water softener was working good and the water was fine. He had nothing for us to sign!

Michael was good, but I don't appreciate the dirt being blown instead of sucked up. I've already tried to dust the kitchen several times and it's still messy and I've scrubbed the floor twice now and know it needs to be done again.

Dough made an effort to change the parts and told me that it will take 80 minutes for the fridge to start cooling and icemaker will start making ice. The issue is not fixed. He changed the parts but it did not changed anything. He took his time to work on fridge but as a customer I was not sure if he really fixed my fridge issue

Ozzie as a person very good; But overall services not done and the fault falls on company paper filling you state fill firm so drive or technician will have parts ready to get you up and running quickly no that didn't happen; also your customers can't reach out to you at all for follow through, your window for customers 7am- 4 pm is crazy and work still not done I'm 66 years old this is by far the worst experience I've ever had from a company.

Issue Not Fixed
The installation of the new component went smooth. After moving the refrigerator back in place, the original issue started occurring again. The tech said to give it 24 hours and left. We have spent over $700 and are no closer to having our issue resolved .

Will need a recall; after turning the dishwasher on after technician left , a loud there is a loud bumping noise that was not there before. Bryan heard the noise before leaving, but thought it was the water lin. This was not the case, so after sears cancelled my appt. From 10/17 to 10/24, I am still without a dishwasher very dissappointed!

Fixed after one no show appt and one late appt
This is our first repair with Choice home warranty. The first appt the technician never showed up. There was no way to get ahold of the company. We rescheduled for another two days later they did show up this time. They ordered the part and it was shipped directly to us in a timely manner. The next appointment the window of 7:00 to 4:00 was given again and the technician called us at around 5:00 p.m. the technician was very friendly and fixed the appliance but it would be nice if you would keep your customers up to date if you're running late.
