Great Customer Service
Adam called to let me know he was on his way. Unfortunately my stove is old and did not have the model number tags anymore, so he was unable to fix my stove. He did explain to me how the next step works with my insurance company and suggested if I do not hear from them by next day to reach out to them. This was my first time ever putting in a claim and was unsure how it would all work. Adam made the process less stressful.

Scott was very professional and extremely helpful. This was his second time servicing my dishwasher and on the first visit he took his time to diagnose the problems and order the parts and he gave me helpful information to get the smell out of it while I waited for it to be fixed and on the second visit he took his time to fix it and get it back up and running. my dishwasher has been broken since May and it has been an ordeal but I was so happy when I realized it was Scott who was finally going to fix it.

Annual maintenance checkup
Need to shorten time of waiting; instead of 7:00 am-4:00 p, which is hard for seniors; make it like 8:00 am - noon or noon to 4:00 pm. Better window to do something else.

Rick seems very nice and knowledgeable
Rick seemed to be very knowledgeable and was friendly. He could fix however too pricey you may as well purchase a new one. The price is not something he can control.
