Repair installed. Would like technician to please come back and screw the dishwasher into place. When dishwasher door is opened the dishwasher falls forward.

This tech has been out multiple times. Changes parts and says its not going to work because the part is not made anymore. Office says tech has not entered any notes. Tech says we need a new fridge but will not enter replace, because Sears will not replace it. This has been going on since June. And multiple visits per month... tech says one thing, office looking at notes say a complete different thing.

I was trying to call to say the job was not completed. The waterlines were frozen. The ice maker is not functioning because of it . That part of the problem was not addressed

Tech was fine. I am not happy with your communication. Was told parts would be delivered to our home. Was unable to reach anybody to inquire before the tech was dispatched to our home and we had not received parts! I asked him how to actually talk with someone and was basically told that is not possible. I have not received an invoice for the payment we made and it appears we paid for a part not needed. Is there any warranty for this repair and how do I reach someone if this does not fix the problem?

Quick, simple, easy. Gregory quickly diagnosed the issue with our washer and completed the repair. He even displayed to me the defective part. Gregory returned the unused parts that were previously ordered for this repair job.
