Tech was friendly and fixed the problem. He also checked to make sure there wasn't any other problems with it. He found that it had a light out so he ordered a new one and replaced that too along with the new door.

Rick did a great job. Give him a Big 5 . For some reason Sears kept messing around with my dates for service & rescheduled my washer / dryer appointment 3 different dates. When Rick arrived he said the dryer wasn't on the order (probably b/c when they kept changing my dates they dropped the dryer). He checked with somebody & he said he would take care of it today.
