Very knowledge. Explained what he fixed. Offered me all of the available services that can sign up for. Made sure the item he fixed was doing its job. I was very impressed. Explained and Offered me all of the services that I could sign up for. Explained that there was a 90 day guarantee on the repair that he provided. Will use service again when needed. Thank you.

Scott was able to quickly identify the issue, resolve it, and the identified another issue that would cause problems somewhere down the line. It didn't require any parts or specific information or parts. So in order to save us from another issue with potentially an even bigger mess .
