Perfect job
Tech was pleasant nice and knowledgeable. Ike most of the older guys, I can't figure out why Sears is loosing in the Industry. Must be younger top exec money wants or lack of customer care growth. Your techs are your business, treat them with ultimate care.

Technician is a nice guy. But your company is extremely poor with communications. This problem started MONTHS ago and is just now getting resolved (hopefully). Even when I sent a message of concern I didn't receive a phone call or personal message, just a text for another date.
