Dishwasher repair.
My wife works from home and I was not there. Scott couldn't finish the repair the first day because he didn't have the part, he had to come out 3 days later after the part was delivered. It took him less than 30 minutes to replace the part. I questioned the labor - very high and extreme. I did get a small discount because I went for the Sears Home Warranty. I wanted my wife to ask why the labor was so high. My wife was on a call, when Scott was done he basically just walked out. I reached out to Sears Home Warranty and was bounced all over the place. No one could answer my question. To date my question still has not been answered. Scott did do a great job replacing the intake water valve. I just think the labor was very high. Car dealers charge half and it's for an hour labor.
