Great knowledge and customer service
Scott is a very knowledgeable and experience technician. He arrived and promptly got to work and discovered the issue within minutes He was able to secure from another technician and came back by the house to install the part within 30 minutes! Despite having to take the entire dishwasher out and lay it on his side, he quickly replaced the part and had everything back in place within minutes. He used to make sure the dishwasher was sitting correctly! I have never had anything fixed on the visit without having to order parts and wait a week or two for parts to arrive then rescheduling a technician appointment. This was by far the most outstanding service ever. I would highly recommend Scott and service in the future.

The repair man came and fixed what needrd to be repaired. I am happy with his work. He also told me that the saddle valve needs to be replaced by a maintenance man. Then he said the ice maker will work properly. Thank you Sears repair.
