Scott was amazing. He showed up when he said he would. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Sears has been an absolute nightmare and completely incompetent for my ongoing refrigerator repair. I won’t taint Scott’s review with the story, but Scott was the absolute best at fixing my oven.

Technician was fine....nice..the whole problem was and still is that he ordered both valves and only one showed up ....every time your company sent out an update...I responded back every time that we still didn't receive the second valve...it seems like your company wants to charge whoever they charge for the service call and Technician time and labor a double charge for some reason when it could have been avoided from the beginning and getting the second valve ordered again because you had plenty of time to get it because you knew about it from my responses to your email

I was impressed with Scott's perseverance in tracking down my dishwasher problem. I really expected him to just say i needed a new dishwasher but he figured out of. His experience came through.

Chris L. Was my tech. The service was outstanding, he is like a pit crew for dishwasher repair. The tech was on time, fast and cleaned up after he was done. Very pleased with the service.

Because ofAI i will never use your services again.Because you need the communicate. AI doesn't allow that, and it would be okay if you could email Or message and get responses, but you can't. But the repairman was nice he did his job, didn't leave a mess, very polite.
