Trevor was great. I was very pleased with him. I was VERY disappointed with SEARS. I was rescheduled multiple times, once just a short time before the appointment window. This was booked through my home warranty company. We had numerous discussions about my treatment by SEARS. They even tried to call them, and couldn’t reach a live person, only an AI response.
