Technician worked on my stand up freezer ,was pleasant
First time I called for service on my freezer the lady I talked to told me she had me down for the next following day it would be between eight and five I waited till nearly 4 o'clock I called you guys back come to find out she never scheduled my appointment so I was not happy about that, the second time I called the girl I talked with set up my appointment and she was pleasant and the technician who came out was pleasant

Washer repair
Prompt service. Pleasant person to work with. However, when I scheduled the appointment, my washer was listed as a stackable washer. It is not a stackable. Gladly, this error did not effect the repair....good experience
