Chris came looked at my washer that wouldn't spin plugged it in and it started working and gave me reason why it was acting up and explained how I could test it for the same problem if it happens . Great tech

Trevor was great. I was very pleased with him. I was VERY disappointed with SEARS. I was rescheduled multiple times, once just a short time before the appointment window. This was booked through my home warranty company. We had numerous discussions about my treatment by SEARS. They even tried to call them, and couldn’t reach a live person, only an AI response.
