Tech was Great/Company Not
Chris did good job after multiple times coming out. We however will NEVER use this company again. You cannot speak to a real person. Hard to communicate anything. If this helps anyone decide between a small repair company and Sears company then I will save you headache. Do NOT use Sears. Go with the smaller repair company
