He did install the filter in my refrigerator but did nothing else. The water dispenser is still at a trickle and the ice maker is producing little ice. I need you to send someone else to solve this problem.

Did not fix anything. Looked at washer and said it was working fine. Charged $99 and left. Washing machine did not work when tried using an hour later. Customer service of no help. Takes 3 days before they will be able to access payment and then 14 days before a refund is issued. Highly recommend finding a different company.

For the last eight weeks I’ve been getting parts to rebuild my washing machine per another Sears technician. When my person today got here, he didn’t use any of the parts but one and said “she didn’t know what she was talking about.” He said I’ve been doing this for 35 years I think I know. He took all the parts with him. So I’ve had all the parts sitting here and he didn’t use any of them. I know that when they came out to service it, she took pictures and sent it to the person above her and they told her to order the parts. Not a pleased customer. I just think he was lazy and didn’t want to put in the effort.
