Michael was great and fixed part of my problem, but he didn't have the proper machine to run a report and figure out why my smart dispense wasn't working and filling up with water. I have had this problem for over 8 weeks, I wish these service men were given the proper tools to finish.

Sears service
Marvin is amazing. When he started to work he first asked us what was happening with icemaker. We said it was freezing up and that we had to thaw it out frequently. Marvin asked if it was making ice and we said it was. He then removed a different part (auger motor which contains the thermostat) replaced that part only. Reinstalled our existing icemaker and the new ice bucket that we purchased. So far all is working very well. Marvin worked quite awhile troubleshooting the situation. And getting everything working properly. We were able to return the new icemaker (via Marvin) that was ordered by the previous repairman and was not needed.
