Diagnostics on Whirlpool Washing Machine
Robert diagnosed the problem with both my washer & dryer, and ordered parts. One SUPER FRUSTRATING part of the whole home appliances warranty program is scheduling and Not Being Able To Speak with a PERSON. Even Robert couldn't remedy the mixup in appointments.

Excellent service!
Our serviceman Doug came out and fixed our washer while under warranty, and while he was here, he saw that the transmission was leaking oil so he put in a work order to replace that as well. Part came a few days later and Doug came back. Washer is like new once again! Thanks Doug! Much appreciated!!

Gregory was Great!
Gregory was a wonderful technician, helpful and friendly. Our washer required two visits, one for diagnosis and the next for the repair. Gregory was the technician for both. I would suggest keeping the same technician start to finish for all assignments.
