Daryl was great! I made an online appointment and he was there literally the next day. He took the time to actually figure out what was wrong and helped make sure we got the right part to fix the dishwasher. He got the part installed and it works now and saved me from having to buy a new one. I'm glad I went with Sears and that Daryl was the repairman.

Andy did exceptional job changing oil, cleaning and replacing filters, sharpening the blades, putting air in tires, changing spark plug, greasing wear points, checking battery and removing old grass. He was on time and answered all my questions.
