Our technician, Chris B, was on time and very knowledgeable about maintaining our washer & dryer. After answering our Multiple questions regarding the Home Warranty Protection Package, Chris assisted us in setting up 12 appliances to be covered. We are Very Pleased at the level of professionalism; no high pressure sales. If Chris didn’t know the answer, he got the information we needed to make an informed decision.

Technitions are great, they are well trained and respectiful only problem is with the A I did not schedual right i have protechsion agreement end date aprial 2028 need better communication with clients
