Gregory was friendly, professional, and honest. He showed us exactly what was wrong with our 17 year-old dryer. (It had a cracked, broken belt, and the oiler had a worn place in it.) He did not minimize the damage or the cost to repair the dryer, unlike our last dryer repairman who told us it was just “lint buildup.” We will definitely use Sears Appliance Repair in the future.

Gregory, the tech, did great! He was professional and efficient. Your AI system gets zero stars though. This was the third attempt and your AI system had us waiting for two full days. Thankfully, Gregory was the tech who was scheduled on Friday afternoon and when he knew he could not make it, he contacted scheduling and had us as the first available appointment.
