The Sears Home Repair service seems to be a pretty large operation. The call center agents were polite, though they pushed the home warranty plan, obviously. The appointment was scheduled next day after initial call. The local service technician was great. He was fast, personable, fixed our dishwasher day of, and billed it as cost effectively as he could. The diagnostic fee is pretty steep. But the overall cost of repair (diagnostic fee of $129 waived since we used the same tech for repairs), which left us at a pretty expected cost.

Prompt, friendly and helpful. A credit to Sears, finally someone to actually talk with person to person to help with my situation. However, the automated/virtual service is a joke! I will never buy another Sears product or service or recomend it to anyone!
