My service guy was great! However, $299 for 15 minutes of labor is pretty ridiculous!

Our fridge went out and I called the repair services at sears/chinco . They scheduled our service and the man showed up on time, told us what a rotten company kenmore elite products are said he knows what’s wrong with it . He ordered parts and said he would be back on the 6th of August. The parts came in but he never came back. I complained to someone and they sent Mr Ozei and he was wonderful.

Both technicians were very thorough, thoughtful and considerate while diagnosing my dishwasher. It was fixed and additional recommendations were made to prolong its life.
