Excellent service. Problem was not the clothes dryer but a very linty exhaust vent. He showed me how to take the outside unit totally apart to get it very clean.

I will give today's technician 5 stars, Andrew, 5 stars. He came prepared with a good attitude and got the job done. Yesterday's technician, Marvin was 0 stars. He came with out tools. And didn't do any work. He stood with a hair dryer (mine) for an hour and called it a day. He had a terrible attitude and left broken pieces all over the floor. He also left without speaking to me. Absolutely unacceptable.

We recently had some service completed and seemed to have problems with balancing and walking since the part was replaced. After asking them to come out to inspect a second time because the install did not look correct, they did not do anything new, but tried to fix the balancing problem. We dealt with the problem for 2 months and out of shear frustration, we contacted Sear's Appliance Repair. Upon arrival, the technician immediately identified the part was installed improperly. He fixed the problem and the machine has been running properly as if it was new. Thank you for your help today.
