Appreciate he took the time to replace several parts to (hopefully) solve the issue (for good). Have had issues with this NEW GE dryer since day of delivery. GE sent a tech out at that time and he replaced the drum and several parts. Seemed okay for a while and then noise issues re-started - and worse. I had extended warranty so Sears Appliance Repair sent this gentleman out. Sounds are gone (and hoping they stay that way). Dryer is only 1 and 1/2 years old. Pleased with his service.

Jordan is friendly, courteous, and very good at what he does. I appreciated his attention to detail and problem solving abilities as he replaced a part in our oven, and overcame challenges that came up along the way.
