Scott was very helpful and gave his best to rectify the issue with the dishwasher. He is very diligent and Sears should be proud to have people like this. He deserves all the allocades.

My service guy was great! However, $299 for 15 minutes of labor is pretty ridiculous!

Our fridge went out and I called the repair services at sears/chinco . They scheduled our service and the man showed up on time, told us what a rotten company kenmore elite products are said he knows what’s wrong with it . He ordered parts and said he would be back on the 6th of August. The parts came in but he never came back. I complained to someone and they sent Mr Ozei and he was wonderful.
