My service guy was great! However, $299 for 15 minutes of labor is pretty ridiculous!

Our fridge went out and I called the repair services at sears/chinco . They scheduled our service and the man showed up on time, told us what a rotten company kenmore elite products are said he knows what’s wrong with it . He ordered parts and said he would be back on the 6th of August. The parts came in but he never came back. I complained to someone and they sent Mr Ozei and he was wonderful.
