I lucked out for sure when I got same day service for my riding mower!!! Andy was so nice and did a great job. Being able to have at home service for the mower is fantastic! Will be using again for the tune up he suggested for next year, Thanks!!!

Ozzie was fine ; no problems with him. The automated scheduling of service visits needs more work. The first text message only tells what day they will arrive, even though a time slot and service person has been assigned. The same message contains a nondescript "More Details" link. It should have been labeled "Who & When."
