The tech Christopher was great. I'm hoping he solved the issue. This has been an ongoing issue since November of 2025. What I particularly did not like was with this company you cannot talk to a person. One of my appointments was canceled by who I never did find out and the other one the text said he showed up at my door and no one was home which was a lie. I was in there with another repairman and my dog didn't even bark so I had to wait another week each time. I made arrangements to be here from 7:00 to 4:00 which was a waste. It doesn't seem that this company values my time and then on Saturday when I had this last appointment I kept getting emails pushing the time back when the tech was coming. First it was 10:00. He ended up coming in at 3:15. That's a big difference and I could have done a lot of other stuff in the morning.

Gregory showed up during the snow storm. He was polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem. BUT, I will probably not use this company again because they bombard you with numerous texts and emails and phone calls. They are more worried about selling you an extended warranty than fixing your problem.

Tim appeared knowledgeable about this refrigerator. He could not duplicate the fan noise so nothing was repaired. Consequently we have a refrigerator with a bad condenser of bad condenser fan whis has not been fixed Sears only uses AI customer service making it impossible to communicate with them. There are times when you should have humans available to address problems that Ai customer service can't understand.
