Our refrigerator was repaired to our satisfaction. I don’t like the all day 7 - 4 window for arrival time. There should be a 4 hour time frame instead.

Too expensive labor rates. I was charged $200+ for 30 minutes of Rider Mower service. Otherwise the workmanship met my expectations.

After being scheduled and then not getting service and rescheduled. Scott and Chris responded. Not pleased with scheduling department but both Techs were great. Loved the Techs NOT the scheduling, nor customer friendly.
