Too expensive labor rates. I was charged $200+ for 30 minutes of Rider Mower service. Otherwise the workmanship met my expectations.

After being scheduled and then not getting service and rescheduled. Scott and Chris responded. Not pleased with scheduling department but both Techs were great. Loved the Techs NOT the scheduling, nor customer friendly.

Thw technician was fantastic and helpful. Thw reason why I have theee stars is because the AI service system is downright awful. I mean it’s terrible. It sucks. The people like my technician were good. The AI service needs to go.

Great experience with our technician, Byron. He was in and out in 15 minutes max. He was very personable and was very kind.As for the scheduling experience, it was less than ideal. After we had to reschedule 3 times, we didn’t even get our technician here until 3 hours after our scheduled time. The appointment window is a total waste of a day. The window was from 7am-4pm. No text messages to tell whether or not they would be on time or anything even after signing up for the text alerts.

Appointment was 7am-4 pm. He arrived in front of my house 3:50 but did not exit van until 4. The web site needs work. I must have received 5 texts to enter 1 to confirm my appointment but the message "failed " every" time . Then I get another text " because you didn't confirm your appointment ".. Not sure keeping plan
