Completely worthless. They schedule appointments and don't show up after you sit around all day for them because they give you a 9 hour window. No one will answer a phone and their automated service won't even let you leave feedback. What a joke. Edit 10-9-24 - They have rescheduled and cancelled at least 4 more times. Just keep sending me notices. No one answers the phone and when you finally get through to the number below the woman on the phone was a completely rude and not helpful. Trasnferred multiple times and still don't know what is going on. Don't use this company for anything.

Technician was fine he accomplished the repair. Sears was a nightmare to work with and get the repair that was under warranty taken care of. It took 4 months! I will never buy from Sears again and I will tell everyone to never buy from them. Update——I was wrong the fridge was not fixed and now they won’t return. They have no showed on 5 repair appointments. I am now calling everyday to file complaints to get them to do something! Why did I pay $500 for a full service warranty??? This company is garbage

I clearly stated the issue and brand/model of the a/c in the appointment request but the technician wasn't equipped to fix the issue. I already waited 2 weeks for this appointment and issue was left unfixed yet again. I have to again wait for someone qualified to come in and fix. I wonder why you guys ask for detailed issue when you cannot assign a technician who can fix it.

Well here it is 9-11-24 and the water heater is still not fixed. We had a tech out here a couple weeks ago and he said that it's leaking and need s to be replaced ... When we called yesterday to talk to the lady, now we have to wait for them to come out and take pictures. WHY in the heck wasn't this done when the tech came out last time. This is getting to be bull crap. WE ARE NOW OUT OF HOT WATER, THE HEATER KEEPS POPPING THE BREAKER. Let me ask you do you take a luke warm shower. It sucks, now we have to fine some where else to get a shower because we don't even have that. Can we get someone out here and get this done right. I pay for the protection plan, but I can't get this done correct. I'm sorry Im giving no stars. We have had problems with our water heater since November 2023 and it still is not fixed correctly. We have had the same tech out here to fix it and he tell us that we have a lot of lime build up in it. What he doesn't state is the he cut /broke the part of in the bottom of the heater and it could be causing this problem because our heater keeps rotating and we think the piece in it is causing the problem. We have the home warranty protection plan. We have had this over 20+ years and never had this much problems. The warranty should replace our heater after 3 service calls, WELL it been 9 months and 5 service later let's replace the beast. Here are some pictures of the visit that he was convinced that the element needed to be replaced. I love the mess, trash and extra parts, that we found out was trash on the next visit.

Estimated 9:30 a.m. repair. Technician canceled at 4:30 p.m. When I called the Sears rep, she accused me of hitting the wrong button when I called in and canceled. Pretty terrible all around.

My issue could have been resolved when the technician came out to repair my washer. He did not want to fix it therefore, I had to call Lynn and reschedule another appointment to have the issue resolved and it has taken weeks. Not happy about it at all.

I have been trying to get a range repaired for two months. They showed up initially in March. They ordered parts but did not followup or communicate after ordering parts. After calling multiple times, scheduling dates where they did not appear, and waiting 8 hours for every repair appointment. They came back and installed the part but did not test it. It still did not work. The last technician showed up but said that there's no reason for him to put in one of the parts because he needed another part. The parts are still not even processed. Two months without a stove!! I do not recommend them. (full disclosure, they are contracted through my home warranty on this appliance)
