Gregory, the tech, did great! He was professional and efficient. Your AI system gets zero stars though. This was the third attempt and your AI system had us waiting for two full days. Thankfully, Gregory was the tech who was scheduled on Friday afternoon and when he knew he could not make it, he contacted scheduling and had us as the first available appointment.

Tim did a great job, he was on time and friendly. Our gas water heater is leaking and he confirmed this, however he cannot repair it or replace it because he's only licensed in IL. This is not his flaw or his fault, but Sears should've sent a plumber repairman who could do more than just tell us what we already knew. Now we still have to get a local plumber to do the replacement, and we're out $119 for a basic inspection. Kinda sucks. We used Sears repair recently for a dryer repair, and that went great, they actually ordered the part and got it fixed. We won't be using Sears for plumbing issues in the future.
