Ozzie was fine ; no problems with him. The automated scheduling of service visits needs more work. The first text message only tells what day they will arrive, even though a time slot and service person has been assigned. The same message contains a nondescript "More Details" link. It should have been labeled "Who & When."

I only give 3 stars because the service guy was very nice and courteous. Unfortunately he was there to look at my stove and not my dryer which is what the service call was supposed to be for. I don’t know where the confusion was as the webpage had all my warranty info for my dryer. So now I have to schedule a new service call and hopefully this time for my very noisy, squeaky new dryer. Update to this review: A new appointment was made and the technician was very nice and professional. He had ordered some parts in advanced so they were here waiting for him. He got his work done quickly and fixed our dryer. It no longer squeaks! Thank you
