Ozzie was very nice and provided excellent service. He communicated when he would show up. He did show unlike the previous service tech who canceled, never called. We were canceled 6 times before today.

The technician was very knowledgeable and a thorough professional . He quickly diagnosed and explained the issue. He was prompt to order parts and later repaired the dishwasher.

Appointment was rescheduled last minute two times through AI. Never spoke to a human before the technician actually showed up. Was informed less than an hour before he showed up. Customer service really sucks and is very irritating. That being said, the technician, Bryon K was very knowledgeable and was prepared with the part in hand to fix the dishwasher. Very personable and professional. He is the only thing about this experience that rates the 5 stars.
