We recently had some service completed and seemed to have problems with balancing and walking since the part was replaced. After asking them to come out to inspect a second time because the install did not look correct, they did not do anything new, but tried to fix the balancing problem. We dealt with the problem for 2 months and out of shear frustration, we contacted Sear's Appliance Repair. Upon arrival, the technician immediately identified the part was installed improperly. He fixed the problem and the machine has been running properly as if it was new. Thank you for your help today.

Appreciate he took the time to replace several parts to (hopefully) solve the issue (for good). Have had issues with this NEW GE dryer since day of delivery. GE sent a tech out at that time and he replaced the drum and several parts. Seemed okay for a while and then noise issues re-started - and worse. I had extended warranty so Sears Appliance Repair sent this gentleman out. Sounds are gone (and hoping they stay that way). Dryer is only 1 and 1/2 years old. Pleased with his service.
