The technician was very nice, respectful, and helpful. He diagnosed the issue quickly and then provided a quality estimate for repair. Before leaving he actually went above and beyond what is probably expected of him, by helping me push my riding mower from the front yard, down a hill, to the back of our house. Much appreciated!

5 stars to the technician only for showing up and being professional and nice. It took 4 reschedulings with Sears to get someone to my house to repair my washer. It shouldn’t have taken that long to get it done (2 months). I don’t know if I will buy another warranty with Sears again.
