Eric got a hold of me the night before he was scheduled to work on my place. We talked a little bit and gave him information about the AC unit before he got there the next day he called and made sure II was ready for him. He got to work very quickly and got the problem taken care of immediately. I’m glad somebody actually had the time to call to see how I was actually doing and if I was ready and not waiting from 7 AM to 4 PM, thanks again, Eric I’m glad it was you that came on out after all
