The tech was great. He not only cleaned the refrigerator, he cleaned the floor and the walls with the vacuum cleaner. Did a great job.

Ozzie was fine ; no problems with him. The automated scheduling of service visits needs more work. The first text message only tells what day they will arrive, even though a time slot and service person has been assigned. The same message contains a nondescript "More Details" link. It should have been labeled "Who & When."
