In the case of our washer, things went well. The tech that arrived the first time, correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the correct parts... Second tech was very through in replacing the broken parts.

Elijah has been to our home twice now and he has been the best! We had a different repairman come out initially, and he hardly even looked at our refrigerator. He said he ordered the parts, but never did. We got Elijah the second time around and he spent hours working on our fridge to at least get it up and running until parts could be ordered. When it went out again before parts arrived he was back out to fix it up while we were still waiting on parts. You can tell he really cares about his job and is a super hard worker. Give this guy a raise!
