Our refrigerator was repaired to our satisfaction. I don’t like the all day 7 - 4 window for arrival time. There should be a 4 hour time frame instead.

I had my riding lawn mower’s belt replaced plus a general tune-up. I love the service that you provide to have the mower repaired in my driveway. It is fast, efficient and I don’t have to go without a mower. I cannot say enough good things about Andy. He is exacting everything you want in an employee. Five stars all the way!!!!! With that being said, your AI is awful. It is everything Andy is not. You need to fine tune your AI customer service with an axe! The customer loyalty that Andy builds up for your company is erased by having to deal with your AI representative. Do better.
