Least friendly repair person I’ve ever had here. Couldn’t get away fast enough. Said our dryer vent was blocked, but a week ago it was clear. Didn’t give me a chance to see it. So I’m not sure it was blocked completely in 1 week.

When the young man arrived, he went right to work, and finished in a timely manor. He did a fine job. He was excellent! Now, your scheduling appointment window leaves a lot to be desired. I was a given a window of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM when I scheduled the appointment. This morning I was updated to a 9:15 AM time. At noon, service man had not arrived. I checked your text again, and time had changed to 4:45 PM, and 5 stops ahead of me. At 4:30 PM I checked again, and time had changed to 10:00 PM and still 5 stops away! That is when I called. I stayed home ALL DAY for a maintenance check! That is RIDICULOUS! I only hope your scheduling system improves!

Was quoted $300 to replace my Samsung ice maker by the service tech, which he had to order the part and come back on Saturday. I agreed to the price. Then when he had me fill out and sign for the repair it stated $606.00. I said what's this? He said thats what he quoted me! I told him that's crazy and he denied telling me $300.00. So they got $129.00 from me for the service call and he happily left with his money and me still with a non working ice maker. All the time he was there he keep pushing their muti-appliance warranty for $68.00 a month with a $100.00 deductible. Which would not include my ice maker because now it's considered a pre-existing problem. When I called for the appointment the representative on the phone keep pushing this appliance warranty agreement. Then after I refused the repair of over $600.00, she called back and was still pushing this appliance warranty!! Which would only work for me in the future not today. What a bait and switch scam. This ice maker replacement part costs around $100-$115.00. Stay away from this company (Sears Home Service). All they want is to significantly over charge you and to get you to commit to a warranty that costs $827.00 a year! DISGUSTED

The technicians were nice. But it took three months to get my machine repaired. Sears kept canceling and rescheduling appointments. My machine is under warranty, so I did not get charged anything.

I totally cleaned the refrigerator cooling system before the Tech came. He quoted a new cooling motor & labor for $603. The motor was $101. So the labor was $500. It took him 30 min to complete. I couldn't challenge this cost as the Sears service does not have customer service. I feel ripped off. Tech was nice about charging so much. Not impressed with this service.

Technican that installed my parts was Great. The Sears Service is horrible. 4 reschedule of my appointment in 2 weeks. And one last week Technican never showed up, text said he was on his way and not a call to reschedule. I dialed 7 different numbers to find out you didn't have Technican that day. The jumping from number to number and never get a human voice is not acceptable. You didn't have a problem charging me upfront and wanting to get paid immediately for this service. Ive always used Sears but next time I will definitely think hard if I ever use your service. Sad because I love Kenmore products.

The technician Ozie P surely didn’t meet the expectations for preventative maintenance on my refrigerator. His customer service skills are horrible. He hurried through the service and I had to point out the things that I wanted him to check. A couple of things I pointed out to him, he stated we do that! In the past the refrigerator technician was on top of his job. He’s the Worst. Never send him back to my home for any type of service! I would have given him zero stars, but since he did show up he received 2 STARS!

Gave estimated arrival time 12.10pm and said he was on the way…and was over an hour after the estimate time of saying I was the next person and he was on the way.. yes over a hour later….arrived 1.25pm
