I totally cleaned the refrigerator cooling system before the Tech came. He quoted a new cooling motor & labor for $603. The motor was $101. So the labor was $500. It took him 30 min to complete. I couldn't challenge this cost as the Sears service does not have customer service. I feel ripped off. Tech was nice about charging so much. Not impressed with this service.

Technican that installed my parts was Great. The Sears Service is horrible. 4 reschedule of my appointment in 2 weeks. And one last week Technican never showed up, text said he was on his way and not a call to reschedule. I dialed 7 different numbers to find out you didn't have Technican that day. The jumping from number to number and never get a human voice is not acceptable. You didn't have a problem charging me upfront and wanting to get paid immediately for this service. Ive always used Sears but next time I will definitely think hard if I ever use your service. Sad because I love Kenmore products.

The technician Ozie P surely didn’t meet the expectations for preventative maintenance on my refrigerator. His customer service skills are horrible. He hurried through the service and I had to point out the things that I wanted him to check. A couple of things I pointed out to him, he stated we do that! In the past the refrigerator technician was on top of his job. He’s the Worst. Never send him back to my home for any type of service! I would have given him zero stars, but since he did show up he received 2 STARS!

Gave estimated arrival time 12.10pm and said he was on the way…and was over an hour after the estimate time of saying I was the next person and he was on the way.. yes over a hour later….arrived 1.25pm

Your scheduling process is abysmal and unacceptable. Waiting a full day for a 7a.m. appointment and 6 follow up calls plus asking to speak to a manager who never returned the call is the lowest level of service I have ever experienced. A day later the technician proved to be experienced and pleasant. Everything prior was sub zero.

Friendly guy, however didnt use any tools to diagnose issue with my refigerator. Removed two screws and advised me that a valve may be clogged and require replacement. This woud require lots of labor cost. Repair would not take place until 12/24/24. I got a second review by another company same day and they used a leak detector advising me of no leaks and the compressor was defective. Cost to replace prohibitive. I plan to replace with new refigerator.

The first technician that came estimated the repair of the ice dispensing unit and ordered the parts and charged my account for the labor and parts of the repair, which I approved. When the parts arrived, a second technician came in to do the actual repair and determined that the wrong parts had been ordered and that the part needed is not made any more. He also indicated that we would get a refund for the prepaid amount minus the service call. That refund has not been posted to my credit card yet. This is very disappointing, and we still have a nonfunctioning ice dispenser.

After four no-shows by Andrew F and two months from my original call for an appointment I finally had Doug come to my house and actually fix my refrigerator. Doug did a fabulous job and was a very nice person.
