This has been the worst experience and I will never work with this company again! We have been out of a fridge for over 2 weeks now. From all day appointment times, the technician misdiagnosing and therefore ordering the wrong part, now at 4 visits, can’t talk to a live person and get any updates, not having basic parts with the technician , list goes on and on. If I could give 0 starts I would.

Not the best conversation with tech. Not sure he did much of anything other than tell me to buy a new doshwasher. Spent $120 for someone to tell me to buy a new appliance. Went to a different appliance store.

Takes to long to get service. Technicians not properly trained to diagnose problems. Technicians do not carry common parts on there truck. Appliances are of poor quality.

I had a terrible experience. There was no human person to talk to during this process. It was helpless to get answers on timing, parts that were ordered, if something is happening...nothing. The person that came to do the work was fine, it was the other elements of working with Sears Appliance Repair that need to be better.
