New stove damaged part replacement
Frank did an outstanding job of originally coming to inspect the damage on a new stove that happened at the factory. He ordered replacement parts and returned to fix the damage and now irs as goas new and I can finally use my new stove! Frank was very knowledgeable and did a great job!! Highly recommended him and A&E Factory Direct.

Your technicians are always friendly and seem to be knowledgeable. Replace the parts are hoping for the best said it probably take 24 hours or so for the freezer to get down to the normal setting thanks
