Royce called, confirmed time he could arrive that worked well for both of us. He checked out the furnace, including the wiring compartment, the water exhaust piping from the high efficiency furnace, and the CO level. Confirmed the level was below the required standard. And asked if I had changed the filter recently. Had me raise the thermometer setpoint so he could hear the startup, the exhaust fan come on and the heat subsequently start, followed by the distribution fan. Thank you.

He got here and fixed everything fast. The service setup time is horrible. You have to spend a whole at-home not knowing if the 2 week scheduled might possibly get canceled. As it did with my first appointment. Can't talk to realperson and the bot only takes you so far.
