Allen explained the unusual situation with my washer, what was behind it, and even what was getting in the way of a fix. Allen went out of his way to track down local parts and when these weren't available, he was diligent in getting them ordered. He came back promptly and worked efficiently. New stove damaged part replacement
Frank did an outstanding job of originally coming to inspect the damage on a new stove that happened at the factory. He ordered replacement parts and returned to fix the damage and now irs as goas new and I can finally use my new stove! Frank was very knowledgeable and did a great job!! Highly recommended him and A&E Factory Direct.
