Refrigerator issue diagnosed quickly, parts ordered, repair successfully completed. One of few service providers in our area that could make the necessary repair. Technician did a good job, communicated the timeframe well, have us an accurate heads up on the arrival time. Overall pleased with the service.

Caleb was my technician. He was extremely helpful throughout this whole process. I reached out to him personally when things between my warranty company and Sears weren’t working out as planned. He responded both times that I texted him and he went above and beyond to help. He checked on the status of parts and repair appointments and assured me that he would do his best to get my refrigerator fixed himself. He was very kind, friendly, efficient and professional when he came to my home both when he assessed the problem and when he did the repair work.
