The merit of someone’s value is seen when things are not ideal and that was the case here. We were given a schedule time from 8am until 5pm which already was a problem! The technician reach out to me about 2pm and told me he had two other appointments ahead of me and he didn’t have an estimate on when he would get to my appointment. I informed him that depending on the time he did get to my appointment, no one would probably be able to be there in, but we could give him access remotely. Around 5pm he called again and told me he would be at my house in 15 mins. I informed him that I was working and could not be there nor could anyone else, but I could let him in, then he started quoting me policy saying he couldn’t go into the house without someone being there. He than wanted me wanted to reschedule the appointment. I finally was able to reroute some to get there and lose money in my business. Then NOTHING was discovered! WOW! I really hope nothing is wrong but I am sure it is! Not a happy customer!

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt that my experience was frustrating enough that I don't want others experiencing similar issues. I am on my 4th cancellation on the day of my appointment due to an "unforeseen circumstance" for my refrigerator and freezer that have stopped working. I have called several different phone numbers and have never been able to speak with a human about this and the numbers continue to send me in loops to automated recordings. The chatbot function also doesn't allow me to speak with a human and only allows me to select a response via the AI bot provided. Very irritating.

Very disappointed with this service. Cancelled twice on the scheduled day of service. Only contact was through a chat bot. After the second cancellation the kept calling wanting me to reschedule. I finally was able to schedule through a different repair company. They were great! Showed up as planned and fixed the issue.

I am on my 3rd cancellation on the day of my appointment. I have called 4 different phone numbers and have never reached a human to talk to. Frigidaire (also poor customer service) has 2 contractors in this area of MN. Both have cancelled or not shown up. Neither has a person you can speak to. Do not get a warranty with Frigidaire!!

Absolutely the worst company to ever deal with. You have to talk with a 3rd party company they never answer and have now cancelled the day of repair twice on us. Wish I could give a negative star review.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It is near impossible to talk to an actual person. The technician canceled my appointments several times. We ended up not even using this company because we were so fed up with their horrible customer service. The only reason we were using them in the first place was because Frigidaire claimed these were the only people we could work with to stay in warranty. After the 4th cancelation (on the day we were supposed to have someone come) we decided that at this point we would rather have our oven fixed by a different company and potentially void the warranty rather than deal with Sears Appliances. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. Do not waste your time.

Do not use them!!! They seem to not care about keeping the appointments that have been scheduled and the loss of our productive work time. We have now been rescheduled four times in the last two days for an appointment with no explanation, dragging it out another week. Our fridge has been nonfunctioning for almost 3 weeks. Multiple calls to Sears, to find out why the multiple rescheduling has gotten nowhere. Yesterday the appt was confirmed for 1-5 PM, 2 hours later rescheduled to July 7th, then rescheduled to July 9th a bit later. I called and got an appointment for today 8 am to noon. Cancelled this morning, rescheduled for July 10th. I just called and the person I spoke to said there was an opening this afternoon. I am not holding my breath.

Waste of time, no fault to tech, don’t have a Sears appliance and didn’t realize that was an issue and wasn’t informed by Warranty company.
