Nice guy. Attempted multiple times to fix the issue but part is no longer made. On time and professional.

Alan even mentioned that my dishwasher is so old he wouldn't be able to order parts. He also checked my water softener but that is working fine. He recommended that I use Jet Dry to get rid of salt residue on my dishes, but my dishwasher doesn't have a dispenser for it. Am I supposed to just keep getting salt build up on my dishes? Is this healthy for me to eat off my dishes, silverware and drink from glassware? I don't feel that my problem was solved. Now what?

If my ice maker starts working. Allen said to give it a couple of hours. He was very nice and polite. Good worker you have in him. Edit: it's been a couple of hours, no ice yet !!!! Bummer.

Royce Came back 4 times trying to get the right gasket, gave up, one new door gasket and one new original split gasket now. Have to talk with the warranty replacement people. Not his fault. He was very helpful. The Sears process on the other hand leaves much to be desired.
