Excellent service all around!
Arrived on time, great communication. Took the time to listen to my issues and thoroughly inspected everything before diagnosing and repairing the dishwasher. He tested the repair for quality and said to call if any issue came up. Perfect service!

Bosch wall oven
The technician did a great job. The problem was he wasn't able to do his job because he didn't have any technical support on our Bosch wall oven. In my opinion if you are sending out a technician, they need to have resources available to do the job. Appliances are changing everyday, the technicians need resources available.

Great technician!
Rick has been out on a couple of service calls for us. Fortunately all of our appliances are still under extended warranty, but when Rick has come out, he has diagnosed the problem and done what is needed to resolve our issue. He has always been great at communicating when he would be at the house, was pleasant while working, and just an all-around great tech and an asset to the Sears Home Service company.

Fixing my stackable washer/dry
Ricky did a great job. He found the reason for our problem. He was here as he called. He stuck with the job to find the cause and ordered the correct part and installed it. He tested all the settings. HE is pleasant. I would recommend him as he did as he said. Washed clothes yesterday and everything was excellent. Great Job Ricky.
