We had the auger cable on our snowblower replaced. I believe Robert was our repair technician. He was right on time, very friendly and got the job down in 30-40 minutes.

Michael was unable to perform the service because they needed two people. Well I'm very frustrated this was not Michael's fault but Sears for not providing two technicians. They actually arrived an hour apart and the first left before the second arrived. I'm not happy but I don't blame Michael.
