Haven’t had service yet, have it scheduled, they’re telling me appointment windows are between 8am-5pm which is unacceptable. Imagine talking to your doctor and having them tell you that your colonoscopy is scheduled during any of those possible times…NOT OK! I need like a 2hr window, this isn’t rocket surgery.

Robert was fantastic. He was on-time, professional, and very friendly. We discovered we are both Veterans and shared similar experiences. Highest praise for Robert. I was stunned by the price of the estimate cost to repair my snow blower! $1,200 to replace the auger housing and auger on my 2012, Craftsman snow blower is outrageous! I can purchase a new one for that price. I was figuring on $500-$750 max, which I am happy to pay. I dont want to purchase a new snow blower. I want mine fixed for a fair, reasonable price. None of this is Robert's fault. As I said, Robert is fantastic. I expect better of this company, Respectfully submitted, Don C.

We have a Master Protection plan on our water heater and it is leaking called and the first appointment they gave us was a week out Today the technician came and to confirm the leak and that the heater needs to be replaced The technician Vish was professional helpful and friendly but now we wait from a call from Sears with further instructions meanwhile we keep cleaning water of our floors

The technician left all of the ‘bad’ refrigerator parts strewn about the kitchen. I don’t know how I am going to dispose of them.

Recently needed a dryer repaired and i can say the technician and service were good. The repair took less than 20 minutes and cost 445 dollars with a 300 dollar charge for the labor alone. Thats ridiculous. Thats why they get 2 stars.

Three visits and $800 to fix my ice maker and I still have no ice. Techs stated they did not service my brand, although Sears stated they do. I can't reach a human being to discuss this with after trying 5 phone numbers, 2 email address and a facebook direct message. This has been a horrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

Appointment was between 8am and 12pm, didn't show than saw 115pm no show and AI doesn't help to talk to a person. I just canceled the whole thing as it's not worth wasting your whole day waiting. I vote with my dollar , took the business elsewhere.

They have been here 10 times and haven't fixed the problem. Told us we should probably buy a new one ourselves. Not good!!!

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place upset me. We scheduled them to come out to repair our refrigerator, but they canceled on us via text message THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT not once, but TWICE. When I called to try and rectify the situation, they don’t even have real people to answer the phones. Everything is ran by AI. Will never be doing work with them again.
