Good service, but we waited 4 1/2 weeks for our fridge to be fixed because they were the only people in our area. We said the brand and type of fridge, and what was wrong, and then we’re informed that parts needed to be ordered because the type & brand had known issues at our appointment date (3 weeks after we requested an appointment)…then we had to wait ANOTHER week before it was fixed. They didn’t take their trash with them, which was fine but slightly annoying.

Jeffery The service guy is the only person they have sent out, he knows my washer and Dryer need to be replaced and Sears Home Warranty won't replace them til I have had a minimum of 4 issues with each machine. Warranty is Absolutely Horrible! We have been dealing with both our Washer and Dryer needing repair since early October 2024. We have scheduled 7 repair dates in 6 months. They have shipped the wrong parts 2 times, canceled our scheduled repair date (the morning of the repair) 3 times. The other 2 times once the repair guy left the 1st time the washer locked itself mid-wash and we had to wait a Month to get our sopping wet clothes out. The 2nd Time we were told that our Dryer would only work on Timed Dry, but it works just fine. I didn't buy a Dryer for it to work on one setting only. My washer still doesn't work after almost 6 months and I keep getting the run around when I have asked them to replace them both. Save yourself a headache and never buy a warranty from Sears Home Service. I hope someone is listening from the company and does right by me. It's absolutely ridiculous that I paid so much money for a Washer and Dryer, along with a Warranty that does nothing for me, and I can't get anyone who cares to help me when I call. My Service person always leaves his garbage and expects me to clean up after him. He was out again today, The washer is supposed to work and once again 🙄 Not working properly and I still have not heard from anyone regarding my issues from corporate.

We have been waiting almost 3 months for a repair on our washing machine. Their warranties are a joke. They assure us the tech will reach out but never does. We have rescheduled a dozen or more times and had a no call/no show twice now. We had to take off work to be home for these appointments since someone has to be there they say. Save your money and go elsewhere. BRA3 responded To the original review and asked us to email them to which there has not been a reply for the last three weeks. This is clearly a continuance of a type of customer service being provided. Empty assurances and empty promises and zero help.
