Good service, but we waited 4 1/2 weeks for our fridge to be fixed because they were the only people in our area. We said the brand and type of fridge, and what was wrong, and then we’re informed that parts needed to be ordered because the type & brand had known issues at our appointment date (3 weeks after we requested an appointment)…then we had to wait ANOTHER week before it was fixed. They didn’t take their trash with them, which was fine but slightly annoying.

The Sears repair guy Duane showed up and opened the frig doors and said it’s cool and I hear the fan and closed the doors and left. He never opened the fan compartment to check what the cooling issue was after my refrigerator would not cool and displayed an error code of FF E indicating fan issues. He said next time unplug it for a day and plug back in. My frig is only 2 yrs old LG. He recommend - never by a Samsung as he collected his $140 fee and left without even opening his tool box or looking at my frig fan motor. I will never contact seats home appliance repair again - shame if only I could give zero stars!!!!!

Unable to contact a real person for a problem, $249.00 service fee waived if agree to repair yet no paperwork to show the fee is waived, no paperwork provided to show costs even after requesting paperwork, expected to pay upfront for parts and service prior to any work completion. Will never use this company again!
